Arriving by train at Das Lakeside is comfortable, uncomplicated and sustainable. Numerous connections bring you relaxed to Kufstein. From there, you can easily reach Walchsee by public bus or with our practical shuttle service.
For a particularly relaxed journey, the ÖBB Nightjet is also an option. Your time out begins on the way – board in the evening and arrive refreshed in Tyrol the next morning.
Shuttle transfer: Upon request, we will gladly organize your train station transfer from Kufstein to Das Lakeside. The service costs € 49.00 per room and trip and should be registered at least one day before arrival or specified directly when booking. With the Green Travel Rate , the train station transfer is already included.
Alternatively, the public bus of the Tyrol Transport Association will take you from Kufstein train station to Walchsee in about 35 minutes. With the Kaiserwinkl Card , you can use the public transport in the region free of charge during high season.

From there, you can travel comfortably by train or a pre-arranged transfer further. By train, you can reach Kufstein, from where regular bus connections lead towards Walchsee. Alternatively, an individually organized shuttle will take you directly from the airport or train station to Das Lakeside – comfortable and uncomplicated.
At Das Lakeside, your holiday begins relaxed and uncomplicated. Leave everyday life behind and arrive peacefully at Walchsee. Directly in front of the house, free parking spaces are available, and you can also use the underground parking space at Das Walchsee free of charge. For electric vehicles, practical e-charging stations are available. This way, everything is set for a pleasant stay upon arrival.
For flexible mobility during your stay, our BMW iX1 xDrive30 as an e-car is available. Depending on availability, you can rent the vehicle directly at Das Lakeside for € 50.00 per day.
